Festival Description
- The Fourth Annual IAAC
film festival Nov 4 - 7, showcases films made by, about,
or featuring persons of Indian origin. The content of the film
does not have to be "Indian"
. Post-screening discussions with filmmakers & casts follow
every screening. There is a grand Opening Night Gala screening
& dinner at the Lincoln Center and an informal party with
all the participants of the filmfestival after the last film.
Media, scouts and distributors are invited to the festival.
Filmmakers recieve badges for free, easy access to all participating
films and are encouraged to network. The IAAC is a registered
501(c)3 not-for-profit arts organization dedicated to promoting,
showcasing and building an awareness of filmmakers (actors /
directors / producers / tech / costume / makeup / sp.effects)
of Indian origin in the United States.
